We want to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving but also ask your help as we return to curbside care again.

Giving Thanks

This fall we can be thankful for the colours, the weather, and the new people and pets we are meeting. Most of all, we want to thank you for the honour of trusting us with your best friends!

While we give thanks for our blessings, 2020 continues to be a difficult year. The second wave of Covid-19 is sweeping through Waterloo. To ensure we will still be here when you need us, we must return to curbside care. That way we can keep your pet, you, and our amazing team healthy. Our patients, clients and staff adapted amazingly well when we closed the waiting room this spring and we know we can all do it again. Let’s stay safe and healthy together!

What we learned from Covid-19 this spring

We are optimistic the second wave will be much easier in Waterloo, partly because we have learned from the first wave. Here are our top tips for preparing for a curbside appointment:

  • Bring your phone.
  • Bring your pet’s leash or carrier.
  • Bring your mask.

We are happy to help with any of the above and more.

New Faces

We would like to thank Penny, Erin and Rori for joining our team. They look forward to welcoming you and helping with your needs, whether making appointments, preparing your food orders, or greeting you at curbside!

From our team at Carriage Crossing Animal Hospital we wish you a safe and amazing Thanksgiving!

Sincerely
Dr. Ashby and team
